Mixing rotors are manufactured with maximum concern for quality, x-ray test is carried out in order to detect the respective hidden cracks, water pressure test is standard procedure and during the manufacturing process the dimension inspections are being carried out.
Tangential rotor design originates on many years experience with mixing of rubber compounds. At the same time new types of rotor geometries for specific compounds can be supplied too.
Interlocking type of rotors geometry was developed together with Dalian Rubber and Plastic Machinery and tested on the Asian market.
All mixers can be provided with high performance hydraulically operated upper ram or traditional pneumatic, mechanical or hydraulic dust stops are available as well.

Hard metal weldings are applied on chamber sides, rotor wings or nogs, drop door and upper ram surfaces. Hard metal coatings fulfill the highest requirements for heavy duty operation.
As the temperature is very important for the mixing process all the parts which are in the contact with the rubber compound are cooled.
